Evidence by position and support
Each card holds groups with the same position, support and load. Different setups and load versions are never combined. Evidence labels count comparable groups (Limited 1–2, Developing 3–5, Stronger 6 or more). Stronger means more comparable evidence, not smaller groups.

How to read this
- Only practice recorded in this browser counts. Groups are compared only when rifle, load, position and support match.
- Evidence labels describe how many comparable groups exist. They say nothing about how small the groups were.
- “Average group used” is the mean of the recorded groups (width and height diagonal). The conservative group equivalent comes from the same model-conditional upper dispersion bound My Practice uses. It is not a hit probability or a promise about the next shot.
- Each estimate applies only at the distance and shot count where its groups were shot. Nothing is inferred between distances.
- Details older records didn't store, such as load values, range sessions or support, stay unknown. They are never guessed.
- First-shot and wind-call records are shown as evidence only. They are not yet modelled and do not affect the calculator.
- My Practice can pool older and newer groups with the same position token. This page keeps load versions apart, so its group counts can be lower.
- No maximum or ethical shooting distance is calculated here. See the methodology for how the calculator works.
